I’m preparing a little party plus I would want to surprise my customer with pasta plus wine however I don’t learn what type of wine to serve.

Red wines go with red pasta sauce. If you are going with an Alfredo or butter sauce go with white.
Personally for a red I like Shiraz. White go with a Chardonnay or a Zinfandel.

If we mean “pasta with tomato sauce”, receive Chianti (It’s really dry) or perhaps a semi-sweet red like Bully Hill Growers Red.
If you’re having a white sauce like Alfredo, or poultry with the pasta, serve a fruity white wine like Chardonnay.
If you’re serving shrimp or different seafood with a pasta, receive a good rose’ wine.
